A Shabby Chic Inspired Equestrian Bedroom Set

New for Spring 2019, I've re-imagined colors on classic signature patterns, while bringing to life some new ideas. One of our patterns to get a new look this season is our elegant rose bouquet and watercolor horse heads motif. This pretty pattern features rose florals with draping leaves around watercolor horse head artwork. This pattern has now been added to our product offering in coral and tan or coral and mint color options and can be seen on bedding and shower curtains to gift products such as journals and lunch totes for the horse lover.

If you're in as much love with this pattern as we are, then you will want to give your bedroom a make-over this Spring with one of our duvet covers or comforters. When paired with the striped coral horse pillow, it makes a lovely start to your room decor.

To help coordinate the rest of your room, here are a few of my suggestions that will go best with this home decor collection.

An obvious first choice is the coral striped horse pillow seen in the mock-up image of the bedding. The coral color will go well with either the tan or the mint colored bedding set. Then there is also some similar colored pillows as accent pieces such as the mint-hued Dappled Gray in the Fog pillow and the classy fancy stitch horse bridle pattern striped pillow which comes in a coral option as well as a tan to pull out the tan/brown hues in the horse heads on the bedding.

Horse Bits Area Rugs - these come in a few different size options and color choices. Because it is not the same pattern as the bedding, it will not look too "matchy" in your room and will coordinated with a similar color theme.

Our Country Floral Horse Ottoman in the Coral color would also make an interesting addition to the room. Another ottoman choice would be the Coral or Tan color on our popular Horse Bits Pattern Ottoman that matches the area rug pictured above.

This will be in another room, so although it is a large eye-catching item, it will be OK to use the same pattern as on the bedding and will tie the two rooms together as a "pair." You can also use the coral horse bits small sized rug for the bathroom floor as well.

I hope these suggestions help you to design the perfect room. Remember to mix/match small patterns to large ones to break the eye up and stay away from using too much of one pattern. By mixing different patterns with similar colors, it keeps things interesting. When in doubt, feel free to drop me an email through the contact page and I am happy to offer suggestions on what products will go best with what you are wanting to achieve for your room.
