Shipping

The Painting Pony is currently only able to ship to US destination addresses. Shipping cost is based on each product ordered. Most of our products are created one at a time by carefully sourced companies across the US. Because of this, not all products will ship from the same location and multiple shipping charges may be incurred but will show as one sum in your cart depending on how many different products you are ordering. Please expect to have several shipments in your order based on the different products purchased if they are coming from different locations and they may ship at different times due to differences in production times.


Returns Policy

All sales are final unless you receive a defective product such as a broken mug, poor print quality, or loose stitching etc. The Painting Pony is not responsible for lost shipments due to insufficient or wrong addresses on orders. Please be sure to provide a valid address on ALL orders. We are unable to re-ship or replace lost shipments due to customer errors when ordering. Due to the nature of our products being custom ordered and produced one at a time for each customer as ordered and on-demand,
returns are not accepted unless there is a defect with the order. Defective products are defined as anything that has arrived broken or damaged, bad stitching or rips/tears, or printing that is blurry. Please be careful when ordering sizes etc. as The Painting Pony is not responsible for customer mistakes. If there is a defect with a product, a refund will be issued OR a new product will be sent to you at no extra cost. ALL sales are final. Please be sure to order carefully when choosing sizing and/or colors as products purchased from The Painting Pony are "special order" and will be made custom to what you have chosen. Exchanges for different sizes, you dislike the fabric, or how the color looks are not possible. The Painting Pony is a very small business and we do not carry inventory to "swap out" products for different sizes/colors etc. I want everyone to be happy with their orders, but please understand I cannot take returns/exchanges on products simply because someone does not like something. Please review products, however, if you would like to provide feedback (both good and bad). I use this information to make decisions on what products to continue offering in the future.


If you need help with a defective product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product's problem. We will respond quickly with instructions for you to submit photographs etc. to have a new product re-made for you. There is a 30-day time period to submit requests for replacements on defective orders.
