We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For all orders outside the USA, please send us an email through the CONTACT page that includes your shipping address as well as the products you would like to include in your order. Please be sure to include any color, size, or other option choices available for each product. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal for you to pay with your order total.
Shipping is based on your total order balance. Most of our products are created one at a time by carefully sourced companies in the US. Because of this, not all products will ship from the same location and multiple shipping charges would be incurred. To account for this, the total of your order will designate the final cost of shipping, making an easier to understand calculation for our customers.
We are currently offering free shipping on all US orders of $100 or more. No codes or coupons required.
Due to the nature of our products being custom ordered for each customer, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect with the order. If there is a defect with a product, a refund will be issued OR a new product will be sent to you at no extra cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
